Truck sold out from under me and gave me a piece of junk for a replacement. I take pride in what I do and representation is everything as far as I'm concerned. however, the mechanics are awesome. There are two mechanics that are just completely awesome and actually care. My only advise is repair your damaged trucks because the guy who gets it down the road, after the guy who hit and damaged the truck! Well, the placement driver didn't hit anything.5 stars to mechanic Mike overnight and Ray day shift. I was completely blown away with how they treated me so well.
Just want to say don't watch YouTube video's or listen to other people that had bad experiences. Because let me tell you everyone at the Leigh high valley terminal are so nice and helped me through my orientation. Answered all my questions. And my leader Mr Eric is by far the best trainer in the industry. I was so nervous but he made me feel like I've known him forever. I'm so excited to be apart of Werner Enterprises and look forward to a long life career. THANK YOU EVERYONE AT WERNER ENTERPRISES FOR ALL YOUR KINDNESS AND APPRECIATION IN YOUR NEW AND SENIOR DRIVERS GOD BLESS! !
My experience with WERNER ENTERPRISE during my ORIENTATION program is 💯% and it's worth 👌 right ✅️ home 🏡 about. The company environment, the trucks and equipment, technology-based, the entire managements, the hospitality and gesture, the friendly atmosphere and staff members 👏 The hotel accommodation, the FOODS giving us all at both places, oh my GOD!! AM really impressed. I really feell more comfortable than being home. This is too much and beautiful to believe from outside. Once again to the entire managements and staffs of WERNER ENTERPRISE, l say thank you and GOD bless you all and GOD bless WERNER ENTERPRISE.
Coming to Werner was my first choice before I was done with Smith And Solomon Commercial Driver Training. I loved what I heard. The got me here, cover my place of stay and food for the most part, orientation was great, a lot of information and the staff was well knowledgeable Joseph Ferh, perry Castillo were great in class and outside at the range. My road eval instructor Allan was friendly and warm, shared alot of information, we had good laughs. My simulator instructor funny guy was very informative, gave alot of good advice for getting out there. I appreciate you all. Megan at the desk always so helpful we all keep her so busy but she don’t complain and always wears a smile.Terminal is comfortable I was able to wash my dirty laundry, while waiting on my paper work and leader assignment. All the other staff including but not limited to cleaners, shuttle drivers amazing.
Thank you to Werner Enterprises I completed my orientation and I am now currently in training the instructors were of invaluable help and guidance, There knowledge and support have made a significant impact on my training, and I am grateful for there dedication to make me become a better and safer driver. There assistance has been truly appreciated! This company has been a really great experience overall. The staff was great positive attitude and energy. I highly recommend!!!!
The welcome experience was awesome! This terminal is top-notch! Everything thing has been thought of. I really appreciated Lehigh Valleys organization and safety precautions! I also enjoyed the authenticity of each leader connected to this new experience! Wonderful job Werner Enterprise!
I heard Werner was suppose to be the best. Well from what I hear now, it’s not. Trucks are not new nor decent, they give our dirty unsafe trucks . When putting in a complaint, it pretty much goes unheard. Asking for a different truck, being told there are none available. Dispatch is rude , communication is horrible. A complete waste of time I’ve heard. If someone goes to a company expecting to work and build their career.. why not give them just that? Instead of forcing them to be unsafe and use equipment that is unsafe? Makes no sense to me !!

My experience during the Werner Orientation was phenomenal. The training lasted 5 days. The instructors are very knowledgeable and provided excellent guidance. The terminal is clean and kept nicely. The staff are friendly, kind and professional. Food was provided daily and it was delicious. My entire transition was effortlessly streamlined and laid out with employment attainment. The overall process I’m giving 5 Stars!!!
